The resin cures fully in 48-72 hours without the need for wax, as it is a true laminating resin that can be used on wood, fiberglass, fabrics, or metal without any hassle. Depending on temperature and humidity, it can reach its cured stage in as little as 4 hours, but it may take up to 24-72 hours, depending on the amount of MEKP added or if the temperatures are lower than 72°F. A heated workspace is required or highly recommended during the cooler months of the year, with an optimal working temperature above 75°F.

After 48-72 hours, the resin cures tack-free, as it is manufactured without wax. For a faster time to full cure and no tack, wax may be added to reduce the curing time to 24 hours or less. The set includes an MEKP hardener, 1x 2oz bottle for each gallon of resin purchased.
